On September 5, 2022, we launched a new webshop.
If you have bought product(s) from our webshop before
September 5, 2022, we kindly ask you to take a picture of the product(s) in question and send it to our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org together with your Invoice number and a further description of the claim including an item number and unit.
If you have bought product(s) from our webshop after
September 5, 2022, you just must fill out the formular below.
Create a claim
We hope that it won’t ever be necessary… Should you
against all odds receive a faulty product from us, we have made it super easy for you to create a claim.
Be aware that you have 2 years from the date of purchase to register your claim. The product(s) in question must have been purchased in the official RICE webshop. If the product(s) was purchased at one of our retailers, please contact the point of the purchase directly. Once the claim form has been filled out and sent, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Create claim with order number and email
