To be eligible to purchase goods on this Website you must register your personal information such as name, address and payment details. Once you have placed your order, we will email you an order confirmation of your order. The invoice will be sent together with the order. Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a track’n’trace number so you can easily track your order.
RICE is at liberty to accept or deny your purchase of goods if your order e.g., has an item with an obvious mistake in price. Does your order have several different items RICE conserves the right to partially accept some of the order and deny purchase of the other item(s) on the same order. RICE will refund any payments without any fee or other cost for you.

We do our best to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible. The delivery time is typically 3-7 working days from the date of purchase.
RICE will deliver the goods in accordance to the delivery address entered by you during check-out. Freight costs are fixed depending on your delivery country.
It is your responsibility to enter the correct contact information when you place an order. Due to the rules of protection of personal data, RICE does not have access to the entered information after the order has been placed and can therefore not be held responsible for errors in the entry.
RICE is only shipping to European countries with the exception of Norway, Cyprus, Canary Islands, The Channel Islands Jersey, Guernesey and United Kingdom.
We offer free shipping to parcel shops on all orders above €59*. Please note that if you don't have a parcel shop in your area, we will only be able to offer home delivery at a price of 8€.
We always offer free home delivery on orders above €79*.
*Free shipping above €59 / €79 does not apply to following countries: Greece, Hungary, Malta and Romania.

We will charge your card when the items in your order is despatched. All prices indicated for products available via this website are shown in Euros (€) and are inclusive of 25%VAT. You can safely shop on our website. All communication between our payment system and you as the card holder is made via a Secure Socket Layer (SSL connection).
We act after the Sale of Goods Act and the guidelines set out by the Consumer Agency. This means that you have a 24 months warrant on faulty goods from the day you receive your item. You must make a claim within a reasonable time after receiving your items in order to obtain full credit or the options of either a repair or a price deduction. This warranty is voided if the claim is caused by you as a result of misuse, repair or normal tear and wear.
All claims will be handled as swift as possible.

European Commission's online complaint portal can also be used when filing a complaint about a product bought at www.ricebyrice.com. Returns
Christmas presents bought on www.ricebyrice.com between 1/11 and 24/12, have an extended returns policy and can be returned until the 20/1-2024.The general rules for returns still apply and can be seen in the section below.
We operate with a 30 days return policy from the day of the receipt of goods for purchases made on www.ricebyrice.com. In order to make a return, please follow the steps described in our returns guide found here: returns guide.
Please note that if you are returning a product then the cost of returning the product to us is your responsibility. We recommend you obtain a proof of posting. Please ensure that you have taken reasonable care to make certain that it is returned safely, not damaged in transit or show any sign of usage. Should this be the case, you will be liable for the deterioration in the product value. For uncollected packages RICE reserves the right to charge the customer for the costs of return shipping, service and handling.
