Pasta la vista, boring dinners – recipe’s here!

Pear salad with Burrata & Parma Ham

Serves 4

  • 6 ripe pears
  • 1 organic lemon
  • 1 pack of Parma ham (approx. 70 g)
  • 1 burrata
  • A handful of fresh basil
  • A tasty olive oil
  • Chili flakes (to taste)
  • Flaky salt and freshly ground pepper
  1. Slice the pears into thin, delicate slices – a mandolin works like magic here.
  2. Drizzle with some lemon juice and lay them out on a pretty serving plate. Grate a bit of lemon zest on top.
  3. Tear the Parma ham into bite-sized pieces. Drain the burrata and gently pull it apart.
  4. Layer the ham, burrata, and basil leaves over the pears. Drizzle with your favorite olive oil, sprinkle with flaky salt and a good crack of pepper… and for a little kick, add a pinch of chili flakes.
  5. Simple, beautiful, and bursting with flavor – the perfect mix of sweet, salty, and creamy.

Cacio e Pepe

Serves 4

  • 16 peppercorns
  • 30g butter
  • 400g spaghetti
  • 2 dl pasta water
  • 100g parmesan cheese
  • 100g pecorino cheese
  • Salt

  1. Cook the pasta al dente, reducing the cooking time by 2 minutes from the package instructions.
  2. Crush the pepper using a rolling pin or a mortar and pestle.
  3. Heat a dry frying pan and briefly toast the crushed pepper.
  4. Add the butter and let it melt.
  5. Pour in the pasta water and stir.
  6. Grate the Parmesan and Pecorino cheese, then add them to the pan along with the cooked spaghetti. Stir well and season with salt to taste.
  7. Serve it chilled in our resin salat bowl, garnished with a sprinkle of Parmesan – so delicious and flavorful!

Buon appetito!
