Pear salad with Burrata & Parma Ham
Serves 4
- 6 ripe pears
- 1 organic lemon
- 1 pack of Parma ham (approx. 70 g)
- 1 burrata
- A handful of fresh basil
- A tasty olive oil
- Chili flakes (to taste)
- Flaky salt and freshly ground pepper
- Slice the pears into thin, delicate slices – a mandolin works like magic here.
- Drizzle with some lemon juice and lay them out on a pretty serving plate. Grate a bit of lemon zest on top.
- Tear the Parma ham into bite-sized pieces. Drain the burrata and gently pull it apart.
- Layer the ham, burrata, and basil leaves over the pears. Drizzle with your favorite olive oil, sprinkle with flaky salt and a good crack of pepper… and for a little kick, add a pinch of chili flakes.
- Simple, beautiful, and bursting with flavor – the perfect mix of sweet, salty, and creamy.
