Our ceramics collection includes earthenware, stoneware, porcelain, and other ceramic materials – each with its own unique qualities and charm. Most items are dishwasher- and freezer-safe, but we always recommend checking the specifications for each product. Many pieces are hand-painted, making every item beautifully unique. As clay is a natural and “living” material, small cracks or variations may appear over time – this is a normal part of the material’s character.
Porcelain is strong, durable, and non-porous, making it suitable for everyday use and resistant to both heat and cold. Stoneware is fired at very high temperatures and is especially suitable for oven use, while earthenware allows bright, vivid colors but is generally more delicate. Like all ceramics, these materials should be handled with care to avoid chips or breakage.
Use & Care
- Most items are dishwasher- and freezer-safe (please check individual product specifications)
- Suitable porcelain and stoneware items may be used in microwave and oven
- Stoneware oven dishes are oven-safe up to 240°C
- Avoid sudden temperature changes, especially when moving stoneware directly from freezer to oven
- Handle with care, as ceramic materials may chip or break if exposed to hard knocks
- Small cracks and variations may occur over time as part of the natural characteristics of the material
- To take the best care of your furniture, we always recommend placing your vase on a coaster or mat.
Enamel is durable, but the surface can crack if not handled carefully. Over time, small scratches and a more matte finish may appear - this is natural.Â
Use and careÂ
- Handle gently to avoid cracks and chipsÂ
- Most enamel products are not dishwasher safe - always check the item specificationsÂ
To keep your glassware looking its best, we recommend that you do not use it if it is damaged, scratched, or chipped. Avoid scratching the surface with metal scouring pads or other abrasive cleaning tools, and make sure the glass does not come into hard contact with cutlery or other hard objects in the dishwasher.

Food safety and testingÂ

Raffia is a natural, beautiful fiber we’ve worked with since our very first basket - and all our raffia products are handmade in Madagascar. Because it’s a natural material and crafted by hand, no two pieces are ever exactly alike. Small variations in color, weave, and shape are part of the charm.Â
We dye the raffia using AZO-free Basic Dye, and since the fibers absorb color differently, you may see slightly varied tones from product to product.Â
Use and care Raffia is strong, but it appreciates a little extra love:Â
- Avoid water and moisture, as the color may rub off and the fibers can lose their shapeÂ
- Keep away from direct sunlight for long periods, as colors may fade over timeÂ
- Handle gently - avoid sharp edges or heavy pulling that can damage the weaveÂ
- If needed, wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth and let it air-dry completely (never soak)Â
- Store in a dry place and avoid flattening the product to help it keep its natural formÂ
Our silicone products are made to make everyday life easier (and more colorful). You’ll find everything from straws and bowls to lids and tableware. Silicone is soft, durable, and especially great for children.Â
Food safetyÂ
- Food safe and approved according to Danish and EU standardsÂ
- Free from BPA and phthalatesÂ
Use and careÂ
- Suitable for both microwave and dishwasherÂ
- Baking molds are oven safeÂ
- Silicone products for children are not suitable for the ovenÂ
- Strongly colored foods may cause staining over timeÂ
Our stainless-steel products are high quality and safe for food and drinks. To keep them looking great and working well, we recommend a little extra care - especially for bottles.Â
Use and careÂ
- Hand wash bottles to maintain function and appearanceÂ
- Avoid abrasive cleaners and rough spongesÂ
- Don’t soak for long periodsÂ
- Avoid carbonated drinks in bottlesÂ
- Be careful with hot liquidsÂ
- Check the silicone seal regularly to help prevent leakage
- Hand washing is recommended for all printed stainless steel products to preserve both functionality and appearance.
We love all things soft - from cozy blankets to airy cushions that add comfort and color to your home. We set high standards for quality and focus on recycling and minimizing waste in production.Â
Use and careÂ
- Follow the washing instructions on the labelÂ
- Avoid direct sunlight for long periods, as colors may fade over timeÂ
We love wood combined with colors - from chopping boards and dish brushes to wooden spoons and salad cutlery. We use different types of wood, and all wooden items must be washed by hand.Â
Use and careÂ
- Hand wash onlyÂ
- Not dishwasher safeÂ
Our play items are made for fun, imagination, and everyday magic in the kids’ room. We create products for different ages, so it’s always a good idea to consider when your child is ready for smaller objects.Â
Good to knowÂ
- Always check the age recommendation on the labelÂ
- Wooden items are not dishwasher safeÂ

Details

Raffia
A natural, strong fiberÂ
Raffia is a natural fiber from raffia palms in Madagascar. It’s strong, flexible, and ideal for everyday storage and home accessories.Â
Handmade and uniqueÂ
All rice raffia products are handmade in Madagascar. Because they’re crafted by hand from a natural material, no two pieces are exactly alike – this is part of the charm.Â
Color and careÂ
- Raffia is dyed by hand using AZO-free Basic Dye, so small variations in color and weave will occur.Â
- Avoid contact with water, as color may rub offÂ
- Do not leave in direct sunlight for long periods, as it can fade over timeÂ

Melamine
Strong plastic for everyday useÂ
Melamine is a high-quality plastic known for its strength, durability, and glossy surface. We use it for most of our tableware because it’s lightweight, long-lasting, and ideal for everyday meals.Â
Food safety and testingÂ
All rice melamine products are tested to meet strict EU standards for food-contact materials. Our results are well below the permitted limits for substances like formaldehyde and melamine. To check safety and durability, we test the products by filling them with food-grade acetic acid heated to 70°C and repeating the test three times – to simulate tough, real-life use.Â
Care
Melamine is made to last, but it needs a bit of care:
- Replace the product if the surface becomes dull, cracked, or chipped
- Dishwasher safe
- Not suitable for microwave or oven use

Ceramic
Strong clay for everyday useÂ
Ceramic is made from natural clay and fired at high temperatures. It’s strong, long-lasting, and well-suited for everyday tableware.Â
Handmade details and variationÂ
Many of our ceramic pieces are partly handmade – and some are hand-painted. This means small variations in color and surface are normal. Tiny cracks in the glaze may appear over time and are part of the material’s natural look.Â
CareÂ
- Most of our ceramics are dishwasher- and freezer-safe, but always check the label.Â
- Avoid oven temperatures above 240°CÂ
- Do not move items directly from freezer to ovenÂ
