Returns

We operate with a 30 day return policy from the day when you receive the goods. Should you wish to return an item, please use the returns-form that can be found on the rice website. When sending back any item, make sure to wrap the item securely and enclose the return form inside the package. We recommend that you obtain a proof of posting. rice will not accept returns sent by COD.

Once we have received your returned item(s), we will process it as quickly as possible and return the amount to your account.

We will only refund money to the exact credit card that was used when purchasing the goods. This is to eliminate the risk of fraud.
